If you choose to reconfigure your dvd structure so that there are eight titlesets (with one title per titleset), then you will want to update the PLAYALL command to "Play all titles all titlesets". In your Button Properties dialog box, you would type this command into the ACTION->CUSTOM text box (and of course, click on the Action->Custom radio button). For example, if you wanted to play Title 6, then in your VMGM menu, the Button Action would be defined as "jump title 6 ". Any title (in any titleset) can be played from a VMGM menu, by JUMPing directly to the title. Personally, I prefer to use a simpler form of the JUMP command when calling titles from a VMGM menu.

Your screencap shows that you have selected the default Button Action which would result in a command of "jump titleset 1 title 1 ". I usually do this when I want to post-process the dvd structure with PgcEdit, in order to replace the initial (dummy) title with a new title (which can only be done if there is only one title in the titleset). In your case, that would mean that you would have eight titlesets, with one title per titleset.

In those instances when I do the same thing (put all of my buttons in VMGM menus), it's usually because I want to assign only one title per titleset. That's okay, though many would choose to put the menus in the VTS domain. This screencap indicates that you've chosen to configure your project as one titleset with no titleset menu (no VTS menu), but with all of your menus in the VMGM domain. I would recommend that you change the POST command to "call vmgm menu 2 " or "call vmgm menu 3 " to go back to the calling menu, whichever menu called that particular title. This command has been problematic in the past. Okay, this screencap indicates that your POST command is "call last menu ". xml extension), then upload here as an attachment.īut, in the absence of a Project File, let's look at your screencaps.
